It's not supposed to replace the fiesta forums, this is just our private area to communicate with each other privately with no annoying flamers or wierd fiesta rules.
I encourage blacklisting here, so if you have a mortal enemy who has been terrible to you, feel free to warn us about the person or their guild here.
Oh, that brings to mind.. "The_Guild" seems to be a guild of PK'ers, so watch out for them if you're in abyss.
